What is the Judgment Concordance Test?

The Center for Pedagogy Applied to Health Sciences (CPASS) at the University of Montreal describes the Concordance of Judgment as an exercise that:

"...consists of placing the participant in front of cases presented in short vignettes reflecting the complexity and ambiguity often encountered in professional practice. The participant's task is to decide on the adequacy or inadequacy of behaviors related to professionalism or ethics.

Concordance of Judgment does not claim to show what the ideal path of professional or ethical reasoning would be in a given situation. It offers the opportunity to reflect repeatedly in contexts that the participant is likely to encounter in their practice."
