Export your student lists from Moodle to Wooflash to invite them to join a course in just a few clicks.

Exporting a student list

Log in to Moodle, then select the course you want to export your list of students from to Wooflash.

Go to your course, click on Participants (1), then select the students you want to import into the list (2).

Below your list, you will find the option With selected users… (3); from this dropdown menu, download the table in .csv format (4).

An Excel file (or Numbers, if you are on a Mac) will then be exported. You will find the list of your students with their last name, first name, and email address.

To select an entire column or multiple cells in a column in Excel (or Numbers on Mac), select the header or the first row of your “email address” column and press Shift + Ctrl + ↓ (down arrow).

Select the email address column to be able to invite your participants to Wooflash.

Copy the email addresses from your list to paste them into the sharing window available in your Wooflash courses.
