Learn how to archive a Wooflash course and restore it.
Whether you have deleted your course intentionally or by mistake, the trash is here to help you restore it!
☝️ Only the course author can archive a course. Collaborators of the course won't be able to archive the course.
You can only restore courses. Deleted questions are not retrievable.
Delete/archive a course
To delete/archive a Wooflash course, click on the three dots next to your course and choose Archive. You can also go inside the course you want to delete, click on the three dots on the left side of your screen, and select Archive.
The course code will remain reserved while archived. It will not be used for another course.
Restore a course from the trash
To retrieve an event that has been deleted/archived, click on the trash icon in the top right corner of your screen. Now select the course you would like to restore by clicking on Restore course.
Archived courses cannot be opened until they are restored.
☝️ Restoring a course will restore everything linked to the course. Collaborators, learners, study reminders, results, and favorites.
